Get the real deal on all things baby and bump!  A chance to meet other expectant parents and have all your questions answered by experts in a relaxed, friendly setting.

The 5 week session includes the following:

Babywearing and  Baby Bottoms - Certified babywearing educator to help you learn about the benefits of babywearing and how to do this properly! Cloth diapering how-to and benefits – it’s easier than you think!

Breastfeeding 101 – Extensive information provided by a qualified lactation consultant on benefits, techniques, and much more. We will also feature the latest nursing wear and accessories, plus bottle feeding info for Dads.

Go Baby Go – Learn how to properly install a car seat and position your baby for a safe journey from a registered car seat technician. Plus tips on travelling with a new baby.

Just for Dad -  Info just for Dads including how to stock a diaper bag, Diapering 101, swaddling baby, the best baby gear, and a discussion about the changes and excitement to come. Plus a lighthearted look at what not to say to your pregnant wife, and more.

Health and Wellness  - Receive tips on packing a hospital bag and writing your birth plan. Learn about infant safety and emergency know-how, plus medicine cabinet must haves. We will also discuss the support birth and postpartum doulas can provide, what to expect when baby arrives home, fitness and activity recommendations and awareness of postpartum depression.

Session Fee is $100 per couple
